PROGRESSIVE SPRING 11TH CIVIC E:HEV FL4

In response to customer feedback, we are introducing a progressive spring for the Civic e:HEV

. This new spring features a barrel design, which allows for variable spring rates based on the diameter of the winding, unlike traditional straight-wound springs.

By refining the unique characteristics of barrel springs, we’ve developed a suspension system that offers a lower rate of around 1G for enhanced ride comfort and a higher rate for better performance in high-speed corners. After extensive testing on winding roads and mini circuits, we have set the spring rates at 3.4kgf/mm for both the front and rear.
