At SPOON, we have been developing the ECU and intake/exhaust system to maximize the potential of the S07B engine installed in the N-ONE.
A turbocharged engine uses a turbocharger to force air intake, so power can be easily increased by adjusting the ECU settings, etc. However, to fully bring out the original engine performance, tuning of the NA engine involves reducing intake resistance and increasing charging efficiency. requires the same method.
In order to obtain the best drivability that does not appear in the power graph due to the high filling efficiency and excellent heat shielding of the genuine air cleaner box, we have developed a highly efficient air cleaner that sticks to the genuine replacement type.
By adopting polyester fiber for the filter material, it is possible to achieve both a high intake volume and reliable removal of dust, which could not be achieved with conventional cotton filters.
In the running test on the actual car, we have realized the improvement of power and high response especially in the middle and high speed range.
Maintenance does not require application of filter oil or cleaning with cleaning agent, just blow off dust with an air gun.
